Many experts of our Academy still could not come to a consensus about origin of the great Russian nation; some referring to letters and manuscripts of the great Russian writer and African A.S. Pushkin – consider that ancestors of the Russian nation move from a northern part of Africa and Arabian Peninsula.
Opponents of this theory consider that the Russian nation was created on the basis of immigrants from Scandinavia and Prikarpatye (Ander- Karpatia).
But the fact remains: since A.S. Pushkin's times and the Russian-Soviet socialism of many countries of Africa - in the period of greatness of the USSR, up to now – during an era of presence Private Militarized the Companies (PMC) –“WAGNER”, the African continent remains the geopolitical drive of Russians. till 2015 Russia especially did not suggest to open the military bases in others territory and it was only possible to sigh for former luxury, with the closed bases in Cuba and in Vietnam. On the other hand, Russia successfully strengthens the military and technical presence in many countries of Africa. The Russian Foreign Ministry officially recognized the direction of the Russian military experts to the Central African Republic, to Libya, to Egypt, to Mozambique, to Sudan, to Algeria and to Ethiopia, to the homeland of the great Russian poet of the African origin - A.S.
